Shineway is a high-tech enterprise specializing in research and development and production of cylindrical lithium-ion batteries. It has an automatic production line with a daily output of 200, 000 18650 and 21700 lithium-ion batteries, which are mainly used in power tools, smart home appliances, industrial drones, industrial robots and other fields.
The team launched technical barriers against core technologies such as battery capacity, cycle life, safety and stability, and solved the safety protection problems of battery overcharge and pressure release according to the design of multiple protection structures of cover plates. Through the application of multi-component membrane additives, the problems of rapid capacity decay and poor cycle performance of high-rate batteries in low and high-temperature environments have been solved. At present, 53 patents have been applied (including 7 inventions), and the technology is at the international advanced and domestic leading level, and it has passed the certification of CE, UN, CB, KC and CCS. According to the needs of replacing batteries imported from Japan and South Korea and the expanding market share year after year, it is imperative to expand production!
